When will I be able to submit a paper for the conference?

Paper submission will open around mid-April 2025. Once open delegates will be able to register through
the paper submission site.

When will I receive the notification of outcome?

The notification of outcomes will be sent out around June 2025. Delegates will be able to register and
access further details through the Registration dropdown menu shortly after the announcement.

How do I view the program online?

The program will be updated on the conference website as it is confirmed. For updates, please see the
program dropdown menu.

How do I get to the conference?

Details on how to travel to the conference are available on the travel/venue dropdown menu.

Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?

All registrations are paid for online however if this is not possible, please contact us in the dropdown menu.

Can I pay in my local currency?

All payments must be made in USD.

Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?

Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.

How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?

An invitation letter will automatically be issued after you have registered and payment has been received.
